I haven't seen as many films as you, but of the ones I saw I like the King's Speech the most and think it will win best picture. (But I am a period piece gal...and I also write about kings for a living.) Inception was a breakthrough screenplay, but the acting wasn't remarkable in my opinion. Yes, Natalie Portman was amazing, but I pick Bening for best actress. Perhaps this shows my bias towards older actresses.
